Neon Forest
When doing this project for river cruise company Scylla my main goal was to create a world that would attract 18+ youths for the trip, instead of their usual target group of people in their fifties and sixties. For this, I got inspired by unusual ways of sleeping and living such as treehouses and birdsnests. This led me to fully remove the original layout of the boat and replace it with a floating forest with neon-lit birdsnests and an interactive LED floor functioning as the river underneath.
